Founder of Offroad Manufaktur, the driving force behind it since 2003. What began as a small workshop, he has grown into a capable full-service specialist.

Together with Florian, responsible for the strategic direction and smooth running of the business.

With a master craftsman's certificate and years of experience, the expert for complex repairs and conversions.
Rico
Advice and sales out of passion. He finds the right accessories for every use case.
Jessica
Organises, coordinates and keeps track of everything. The administrative heart of the Manufaktur.
Holger
Keeps an overview of the range and ensures a structured warehouse.
Rolf
Makes sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.
Andreas
Precise and reliable, from the service to a complete restoration.
Paddy
Specialised in conversions and accessory fitting. When it comes to the detail, he's the one to ask.

From the oil change to the TÜV, he takes care of all the servicing work that comes up.

Conversion specialist with an eye for aesthetics and function. Every build becomes a one-off in his hands.

Versatile in the workshop and with a good feel for different makes. He reliably works his way into whatever comes up.

Devoted and patient on every project. No challenge is too big for him.

Turns a passion for off-roaders into gripping posts and strong copy. She keeps the direct line to you on every channel and makes sure the Manufaktur always shines in its best light.

Whether algorithms or server infrastructure, he navigates us safely through the digital world. Philipp keeps our community supplied with fresh content from the workshop and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Niklas
The next generation, full of drive. Niklas is heading into his final apprenticeship year highly motivated, still learning from the best and bringing fresh momentum to the workshop every day.
Max
Reinforcement for our workshop! Max joined us fresh on 1 August 2026. As a future expert in all-wheel-drive tech he is learning the craft from the ground up and bringing fresh energy to the team.
