We built this BAW 212 for more than tarmac: 50 mm OME suspension, 285/70 R17 BFGoodrich KO3, wheel spacers and underbody protection from the engine to the rear. Approved by TÜV Hanse.
The build in pictures
Suspension by Old Man Emu
50 mm OME lift with Nitrocharger+ shocks front and rear, plus a KONI Heavy Track steering damper and the OME sway bar link kit. Wheel alignment included.
Tyres and track
285/70 R17 BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO3 on the standard wheels, plus wheel spacers for a wider stance. All modifications are approved by TÜV Hanse.
Underneath, protected
Underbody protection for engine, gearbox, transfer case with fuel pump, AdBlue tank, fuel tank and rear.
Ready for more than tarmac
50 mm more ground clearance, chunky tyres and protection from below.
